Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, optimising, and maintaining our IT infrastructure across all branches. This includes hardware, software, network systems, and integrated solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in IT support, a knack for problem-solving, and a desire to continuously improve our technological capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance.
 ● Network Administration: Manage network infrastructure across all branches, ensuring reliable and secure connectivity.
● System Optimization: Oversee and optimise our software systems, in order to allow smooth business operations.
● Website Maintenance: Manage and update the company’s websites as needed.
● Remote Systems Management: Administer the remote VPS running Windows with time and attendance software.
● IOT Integration: It would be beneficial if the candidate has experience with IOT hardware and software.
● Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to staff, resolving IT-related issues promptly.
● Security Management: Ensure all systems are secure, implementing best practices for cybersecurity.
● Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending and implementing improvements.
● Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures. Qualifications: ● Education: Associate's or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
● Certifications: IT related certifications would be beneficial.
● Skills: ○ Proficient in network administration and troubleshooting. ○ Experience with business software applications. ○ Website building and maintenance. ○ Basic coding skills in Python or Javascript would be an advantage. ○ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. HR and Payroll Administrator

Salary: up to R28 000.00 per month CTC, depending on experience + 13th Cheque

A Well-established firm within the Agricultural sector has an opportunity for an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to join their team in Equestria, Pretoria-East area.

Minimum Requirements:
•Matric
•Relevant Degree and/or Diploma in HR
•Payroll related qualification would be beneficial
•3+ years working experience dealing with entire payroll not just the overview (monthly payroll) and HR Administration duties
•Experience working with gmail, google sheets
•Intermediate – advance excel skills is a must
•Accounting software packages (client is working on PaySpace)
•ERS Biometrics system experience would be beneficial
•Deadline driven
•Excellent communication skills on all levels (verbal and written)

Duties will include but not limited to:
•Check actuals times worked on ERS Biometrics
•Performing all functions on PaySpace
•Liaising with managers
•Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
•Lead and manage the entire HR department, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to staff members
•Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
•Statutory payroll reporting – Work Skills Plan, EE Reporting, EMP501 reconciliation, UIF- reporting.
•All paperwork related to HR (hearings, counselling sessions, KPI, meetings, contracts)
